75% of your final grade is based on homeworks and 25% is based on the final exam.

Homeworks are due every Wednesday by the end of the class.

Codes for MATLAB assignments should be submitted electronically to novikov@acm.caltech.edu every Wednesday by midnight (or previous days).

No late homeworks.

You receive 10 points for each pencil and paper problem and 25 points for each MATLAB problem with a README file that explains how your results can be reproduced.

If you have questions e-mail your instructor or TA and set up a meeting (if necessary).

Collaboration on the homework is allowed, but you have to write the solution by yourself.

No collaboration on the final is allowed.
