Dear Curvelab users,

Gilles Hennenfent and Darren Thomson from UBC wrote a Python wrapper for
Curvelab, called PyCurvelab. They kindly agreed to make it available to
us.

To use the Python wrapper,

(1) Go to http://www.curvelet.org and upgrade to Curvelab 2.0.2. We had to
change a few lines in the 2.0.1 code to make it compatible with the
wrapper. You don't need to upgrade if you won't be using the wrapper. The
new release is backward compatible.

(2) The weblink to PyCurvelab is listed on the download page of
curvelet.org.

Thank you Gilles and Darren.

Also, please don't hesitate to use the curvelab-list if you have
curvelet-related preprints you wish to share with the community---just
send an email to curvelab-list at acm dot caltech dot edu. The list is
moderated.

All the best,
The curvelet.org team
